You really start to realize how lazy you are when you have to go back to last year’s crafts to find something to post on your blog. And maybe ‘lazy’ is being a little too harsh. I’ve definitely been creating and crafting over here for lots of kiddo birthday parties, but since I don’t even attend half of them, I have no photos to prove I’m actually being crafty. You trust me, don’t you?

This is where last year’s craft projects come in handy. I mean, since I was overly crafty last year, it should roll over into this year. I like to space out my accomplishments. Who needs instant gratification all at once? I’ll take mine spread out over the course of a year thank you.

Last year I wanted to make little treats for everyone at work, but since there are about 40 people in our department, things can get costly real quick. Not that I’m a cheapskate or anything, I mean, I’d give my coworkers the whole world if I could. Okay, fine. I’d give them each a full sized candy bar. I’d be like the cool house on the Halloween block.

But because I’m not the cool kid on the block yet, I went with colorful Easter eggs filled with jelly beans and ‘fluff.’ I tied the cute Happy Easter tag onto each one, and voila! A (cheap) easy favor to hand out at work or at school! No need to break the bank here.
